Inventory Management and Material Handling
Goods inward inspection against the purchase order and mill certificate, batch and heat traceability through to issue, quarantine and segregation of non conforming stock, and handling rules that keep coated and stainless product from contamination in the yard.

Workplace Health and Safety
Hazard identification and risk assessment across yard, warehouse and delivery, personal protective equipment standards, manual handling and lifting limits, incident reporting, and the periodic review that closes findings out rather than logging them.

Credit, Sales and Financial Controls
Customer credit assessment and limits, approval authority for pricing and discount, order release against credit status, and separation of duties between the person who sells, the person who releases stock and the person who invoices.

Supply Chain and Ethical Procurement
Supplier qualification and re approval, conflict of interest and anti bribery expectations, country of origin and compliance documentation, and the annual review that keeps the approved manufacturer list current instead of inherited.

Credit Compliance and Pricing
No order ships outside the approved credit limit without written sign off, and every price concession is recorded against the quotation it amends, so the margin on a job can be reconstructed after the fact.

Fleet Safety and Load Securing
Load restraint for long profile and bundled product, vehicle checks before dispatch, driver hours, and the delivery note trail that closes the chain of custody when material is signed for at site.

Quality Assurance and Compliance
Material is bought only from the approved list, against the specified standard, with EN 10204 documentation at the certificate type the order calls for. Quality Control countersigns; Procurement cannot approve its own supply.

Accounts Receivable and Audits
Ageing review, collection escalation, and an internal audit cycle that tests the controls above rather than taking them on trust. Internal Audit reports independently of the functions it examines.

The company achieves this by operating a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Satisfying applicable requirements, by ensuring that customer, statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
Continual improvement of the quality management system, by ensuring that risks and opportunities affecting conformity of products and services are determined and addressed, and that the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.

QHSE policy
Material Solution Technology commits to the quality of its services and the health and safety of its employees, clients, visitors and the wider community, and to protecting the physical environment in which its activities are carried out.
