Mighty Solution Tech Co.

Solutions

Fixings, mapped to the problem they solve.

Five solution areas covering everything that goes into, onto and around the concrete, from the anchor cast into the raft to the reflective coating on the roof. Each carries its own standards set, corrosion strategy and certification package.

How we scope

Three questions decide the fastener.

Before a grade is confirmed, the technical desk resolves the same three variables on every enquiry. Most substitution disputes on site trace back to one of them being assumed rather than answered.

  1. 01

    What is the duty?

Tension, shear, or a preloaded slip-critical connection. Pressure-retaining or structural. This sets the grade family (F3125 A325 against A490, A193 B7 against B8M) before anything else is decided.

  2. 02

    What is the environment?

Inland dry, coastal chloride, buried, insulated, or sour. This sets the material and the coating: electro-zinc, hot-dip galvanized, PTFE, or a move to A4 stainless and duplex alloys.

  3. 03

    What must be proven?

EN 10204 3.1 as standard; 3.2 with third-party witness where the client requires it. Add PMI, hardness to NACE limits, Charpy impact, or coating thickness records as the specification dictates.

Product profiles

Twenty one profile families.

The manufactured range behind the five solution areas, listed by the article code a specifier actually writes on a drawing, with the stocked sizes and stock lengths against each series.

Each family sits inside the solution it belongs to. Follow a card to reach its full schedule.

Not sure which discipline your scope falls under?

Send the bolting schedule, the specification section, or just a photo of the connection. We will come back with the grade, the finish and the certification route.
